We will be running Foundations Training Academies for 13U, 15U, and 18U girls & boys. We offer this program year-round for athletes looking to improve their game.

The Foundations Training Academy will be focused on helping athletes develop their skills, decision-making, and learning/applying in-game concepts in line with Canada Basketball’s development model. The Open Program is meant to be a reps-driven training model, focused on maximizing ball time athletes receive to foster individual skill development. The delivery of the program will also include small-sided games and will be focused on application of the conceptual learning and the Canadian basketball style of play.

Our coaches at all levels will all be NCCP certified to coach our teams and athletes.

Practice Schedule

1 practice/week during the weekdays.

Program Cost (Per Athlete)

$315 + GST

Includes: 10 x 1.5 hrs on-court practices & a t-shirt.

*Rolling registration is available throughout the duration of the program.

If any of our athletes are in need of fundraising - we offer fundraising year-round to help offset as much as possible. We work as hard as we can to remove financial barriers.
